The six course dinner will be expertly prepared by our Timbers culinary team and paired with wines from the Robert Foley Vineyards—featuring a collection of boutique wines from Napa Valley. Come sip, savor, and learn about these wines from Robert Foley himself who has been focused on wine making since 1977.

With both viticulture and enology degrees from UC Davis, the founding of multiple renowned Napa Valley wineries, and 40+ vintages of 90+point wines to his credit, he’s been called “The God of Cabernet” for a reason.
