Living History Weekend – Celebrate Heritage

Step back in time to see historic trades, talents, and other demonstrations come alive inside Arbor Lodge Mansion and out on the beautiful grounds during Living History Weekends at Arbor Day Farm.

Learn more about the ethnic heritage and customs of early Nebraskans. We will have representatives of various ethnic groups sharing information and demonstrations, as well as helpful hints for tracing your own genealogy and preserving family heirlooms.

Living History Weekend – Ethnic Festival at Arbor Lodge State Historical Park

Step back in time to see historic trades, talents, and other demonstrations come alive inside the mansion and out on the beautiful grounds of Nebraska City’s National Historic Landmark.

It’s an Ethnic Festival, October 1 & 2, from 11am-4pm. Celebrate the rich heritage of our ancestors:  Great Plains Welsh Heritage Project, Mid-Summer Scandinavian Committee, Omaha Czech Cultural Club, International Society of Germans from Russia, and Scottish Bagpipes.
