Arbor Day Farm BBQ Bike Ride

Embark on a backwoods bike ride departing from our Apple House Market parking lot. This will be fun for the entire family as you take in all the beauty of Arbor Day Farm. Travel the Conservation Trail that takes your along the orchards, over a creek bed, and past the Harris Prairie. Follow Doug’s Trail, a paved path connecting Lied Lodge and the Tree Adventure. End your journey back at the start for a barbecue meal from Porter’s! Enjoy yard games, a scavenger hunt, and cold drinks before, during, or after your ride! Admission includes BBQ meal, bike ride, games, and admission to Tree Adventure for extra fun!

Grand Opening of Apple House Market

Join us for our grand opening celebration March 24-27!

Come see the reopened Apple House Market and check out what’s new. During the grand reopening, enjoy free samples and register to win prizes including a Lied Lodge overnight stay, tickets to the Tree Adventure, and more.

Since the fire in the fall of 2020, we have had so much support in rebuilding this beloved space. And now, we are so excited to have our guests back in the market to create new memories in 2022. Hours for the Apple House Market in March are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.

The expanded new space features:

A gift shop/retail area with all of your favorites including Arbor Day Farm apple cider, gourmet food items, locally made products, apple pie, and more
A wine bar where you can try a tasting or glass of Arbor Day Farm wine, enjoy a draft of hard cider or beer, or savor an AppleJack Slushie
A fireplace with a cozy seating area
Flexible space for dining and relaxing in every season
A viewing room where you can learn about the farm’s history, the apple growing and harvesting process, cider making, and tree shipping

Who’s ready for some tasty barbecue? Porter’s is moving back inside the Apple House Market with more space and more menu items. March hours are Tuesday-Sunday 11am-5pm.

Labor Day BBQ @ Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard

We are OPEN LABOR DAY and celebrating with a good ole’ fashioned BBQ!

As most people wind down there summer season, we will just be starting the beginning of our busy fall season, which is reason enough for us to have a party!

Join us on Labor Day for a good ole’ fashioned BBQ. We will be serving up grilled hot dogs and brawts with chips, pickle and a pop all for $6.00! Plus we will have hay rack rides to pick your own apples, wine tastings and all of our delicious goodies inside the Apple Barn!

It’s going to be a fun day at the Orchard and we hope you are able to join us! Open 9am-5pm.
