Ambassador for Healthy Kids – Helping your child to maintain their weight will require effort and lifestyle changes on your part and theirs. This class will take you and your child on a fun journey toward better health with simple, small life long lifestyle changes. Each class will feature goal setting, learning about nutrition, hands on learning, food and activity records, recipes and exercises during class. Target age group is 10-14 years.
