Executive Chef Thomas Mckinney-Stehr and the culinary team at Lied Lodge will unveil a new dinner menu on Wednesday, May 28, in the Timber Dining Room.

The new menu includes selections of short ribs and steaks to salmon and bowtie pasta — each choice artfully prepared and reflective of our emphasis on serving local, nature-inspired cuisine.
