NCECBVI serves children from birth to age 21 years of age who are blind or visually impaired. The staff offers expertise and specialized skills in residential, day and outreach settings. Services can be provided for students, families, teachers, support staff, school districts and education service units. NCECBVI serves students through instructional materials, technology support and the center-based program that includes residential, student and family support, assessment and evaluation, consultation and professional development services.
