Being in Nebraska City on the Fourth of July is like stepping into the “Music Man” for a day. Enjoy the annual Jaycees Fireworks Display (lasts an hour!), ice cream social, patriotic entertainment, Color Guard presentation, and American Legion Baseball games. Steinhart Park is the hub of activity for the celebration, and families enjoy games for children and other activities while lounging on the hillside on blankets and lawn chairs.
